A: Every metal is a little different and may require a different process for recycling. In most cases, metals are melted down in a furnace and then rolled out into sheets so they can be refabricated into other metal containers and parts.
A: The great thing about metal is that unlike paper and plastic, most metals (primarily aluminium and steel) lose no structural qualities during the recycling process, so they can be recycled for a virtually limitless number of times. That means if you continue to recycle, metal never has to end up in a landfill.
